The story of our food began in 1988 with Daniel Ashley, whose culinary mastery was forged over a decade in professional kitchens from Ireland to Australia. This foundation, encompassing everything from master butchery to Executive Head Chef roles, continues to inspire the creativity and uncompromising quality of every menu we design today.

In 2000, Daniel partnered with Jackie Rees, whose passion for front-of-house service led to the launch of the legendary BLT Deli in Shoreditch. Famous for queues stretching around the block, the concept proved that high-quality, “Big, Loaded, and Tasty” food could be both accessible and memorable; a philosophy that remains at the heart of our Epping-based professional kitchen.

Today, we focus our extensive experience on providing a dedicated, personal catering service for weddings, corporate planners, and private hosts nationwide.
